Paycheck Anomaly Detection

We have designed a new initiative system, for companies who wish to verify and check customers paychecks. According to one of the companies we have worked with, 1 out of 10 paycheck will have some sort of anomaly in it.

The system provides a generic and robust mechanism to detect and calculate formulas on the data of every paycheck, and actually every table-form pdf. The idea behind our solution derived from the workflow of the company we were collaborating with, where each customer expects to get results for a stack of over 10 paychecks. Therefore, after setting up a one-time setting configuration, it can be used for every other paycheck in that stack, which makes the use case very efficient and quick. It’s a powerful yet simple solution the company was seeking. The main process includes the following stages:

1. Setting up Coordinates

2. Setting up formulas and Rules

3. Running all the formulas on multiple paychecks which produce a customer report.

In addition the system provides a platform for the company to keep track and manage the reports, search them and define the current status for each client’s application.
